Finequip Engineering specializes in the precision machining of spur, helical, double helical, and bevel gears using advanced 5-axis CNC machining centers and state-of-the-art gear milling software.

We are capable of hard machining and finishing gear tooth profiles up to 62 HRC, in compliance with AGMA and DIN specifications.

Our facility includes three Deckel Maho CNC machining centers, each equipped with Heidenhain control systems:

• DMU 75 Monoblock

• DMU 80 Monoblock

• DMU 105 Monoblock

We can manufacture gears with a maximum diameter of 1000 mm and a maximum weight of 2.5 tonnes.

Offline programming is performed using the latest DMG Mori gear milling software, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project.
